I call this "The my neighbors son's dog" situation. I have found that this 
type of client places a very low value on the work. If you take him as 
client then you will find two things.
1) They will pay very little
2) They will think they are paying you a fortune.


Remember  at one time to become a doctor or a lawyer all you had to do was 
call yourself one.
