CFHTTP cannot work with SSL over 56 bits.  If you attempt to access an https
site with  anything higher than 56-bit encryption, and 128-bits is common
(and you can check this with the browser), then CFHTTP will return the
simple "Connection Failure" error.

You can work around this issue by using another proxy to make the call.
Example: Microsoft's "Microsoft.XMLHTTP" Activex control.
