I'm currently using NetTracker from Sane Solutions. Personally I think
its one of the best packages out there due to your ability to "drill
down" through the various reports - which is particularly important if
you're wanting to track clickthroughs and other user related data. I
also find it extremely customizable and fast and their support is
topnotch. If I had to make a criticism it would be that the resulting
database that is created when working with large logfiles can easily
overwhelm shared hosting limitations. Seeing that NetTracker runs on
the server (and if you're running on shared virtual hosting), you have
to watch that you don't blast through you server diskspace limit. But
that is only really a problem with you're attracting one million plus
hits a month.
