See if you ISP will do a nightly backup of your DB to a directory just off 
your web root. Then you can grab it and store it yourself off site.

If you have MS SQL internally you could setup a DTS transaction that goes 
and gets the DB exports it your local DB. (Of course your ISP will have to 
allow remote connections to the hosted DB).
