Many thanks for this, my value to Rocbinda was in my CV as a past
supplier to them and technical advisor... their customers have given
good feedback on the functionality of the site to date and your observations
seems to reflect thier clients views

They HATE bells and whistles, smoke and mirrors etc etc ad nauseam.....

Their main use for the site is for clients to see the product in use and
download information, their clients are on the whole not very IT literate
