[thelist] What markup allowed in db?

Hello,

I'm looking for some best-practice suggestions for which HTML tags to
allow with the content stored in a database? 

- STRONG and EM seems ok.
- P tags wrap each paragraph?
- BR's not allowed.
- inline HREF's make sense.

What about OL/UL/DL's?

Does anybody have a document that outlines this type of
recommendation? 

(This project is web-standards / CSS aware and dependent)
