Privacy issues aside - personally i would use a free email account to do any
sneaky email from a corporation, not the corporate mail system.  whos this guy
trying to catch?

   To archive a copy of all incoming messages, setup an alias in the mail
virtusertable so the message goes to the recipient plus a designated folder.
Look for a file like /etc/aliases

outgoing is a little trickier.

    I'm working with a client that is a little paranoid ... he wants to setup an
especial email account to catch all the incoming and outcoming messages from
all the email accounts setted up in the company.

 Is there a little tricky solution to
implement for something like this ?
