[thelist] mail server for OSX

Hi folks

Looking for reccomendations on a mail server for OSX. This is for a 
small business with 10-20 users at a given time. Requirements are the 
usual:

* good web mail
* POP3 + IMAP over SSL
* easy admin, no text file editing or anything the least bit challenging
* distribution lists, aliases
* spam filtering, anti-virus (delete .exe,.pif, etc at least)
* out of office notices

They are running MailService with Squirrelmail now but not happy with 
the featureset and ease of use issues. We are looking at Kerio 
Mailserver and Communigate - anyone have experience with those or know 
anything better?
