[thelist] [PHP] Listing fields with Edit option

I have set up a client tracking system running on a mysql DB.

And I have it enabled to add and delete clients and edit a client details as
a whole.

But what I want to do is be able to edit one field at a time by clicking an
appropriate "Edit" button for the desired field.  Anyone care to offer a
solution?
