[thelist] funky virus-like problem

W2K server, latest service packs and updates. I'm not sure how long it 
had it, but it had It did have P2P.SpyBot, that has been cleaned.

It still crashes every time a Terminal Services session is initiated - 
not after I try to log in, but . The blue screen message is:

Stop C000021a {fatal syatem error}
The session manager system process terminated unexpectedly with a 
status of 0x00005

It will not write a full dump.

Panda and Trend Micro online scans turn up nothing.

The NIC Driver has been reinstalled.

Anybody have any ideas?
