[thelist] CSS - Pointer not Pointing & Dotted Border Hick-Up

Hello List,

Using IE6+ on W2K the menu on: http://spiralwinder.com/acl120.php does 
not activate the mouse pointer when you enter from the right side. If 
you exit off the menu and go back, go to another link or hover the text 
the pointer is activated. Has anyone seen this issue pop-up?

The other issue has to do with the the dotted top border, there seems to 
be a hick-up in it, as if it is skipping a dot. Any ideas here?

Everything seems to validate...
