Is the action on your <form> set to GET or POST?

Whenever I run into issues like this, I always test with GET and print
the values to the page, so that I can see what is actually getting
passed to the query.

I use the ADODB package to make db calls, not the native mysql
functions, so I can't really help much on the syntax.
