[thelist] Apache on Win XP: just can't get mod_rewrite to work

I'm still struggling with getting mod_rewrite to work on Apache on my
local Win XP machine. Has anyone got this working? Is it just me? I
can't seem to find any hints on the web anywhere...

Any help at all greatly appreciated!
