Hey List,

There are hundreds of sites out there that claim to have a way to search the
ISBN database. Some have less searching capabilities than others. The
Library of Congress is supposed to contain at least one copy of every book
ever written.

How can I get a website to search this database? There are protocols such as
the Z39.50 (like http) that help, but that's a science all on it's own; a
science I don't want to get too involved with. 

Is there some MASTER database for ISBN that I can run queries off of?
