Was it part of the deal? More importantly, have they paid you
anything yet?

Is it normal for a client to start downloading and implementing a site
(i.e., the HTML, CSS, and images) while the work is in progress? Right
now about half the site has been posted on my site *for review* and the
client has put it on their site. (Note: while their site is live, it's
under a new, combined domain name, and so they must be assuming no-one
will access it yet.) In my experience, the project continues until the
completed version of the site is ready and approved, and then the client
takes the files and adds them to their site.
