Not too long ago I ran across a well-linked blog or site where the author was seeking HTML 2.0 web sites for browser degradation testing. Unfortunately now that I have found such a site, I can't recall who was looking. Here is an HTML 2.0 site authored by a typographer entitled Net Tips For Writers And Designers.
