Depends on what version of Red Hat is installed on your server. It
also depends on how much you want to learn about Linux. If you have a
standard install of Red Hat, minus the web server stuff, you should be
able to download the ISO images and install the required programs from
those disks instead of doing a full reinstall.

However, installing MySQL and PHP is really not that hard to do from
either source or rpm's. And you will get the most up to date versions
and a better install as well. Check this article out:

It lists all the steps for installing MySQL and PHP on Linux (although
the version of mysql that they use is a little old, but the principles
are the same).
