You access this feature by going to Tools > Organize. Off to the left
is a tab for sorting by color.  Personally, I've never really found
color-coding to be an effective organizational method. But it's an
interesting feature that not all e-mail clients offer.

You mean Outlook, right?  Lookout is search software, currently
distributed by Microsoft as an add-on for Outlook.  (Lightning-fast
searches, incidentally.)

(Or maybe I missed yet more sarcasm, like you meant to "Lookout" for
Outlook?  ;) )
