You can't predict future misdeeds any more than you can guarantee OSS will
still be around beyond today.

Have data in two tables you want to retrieve, sort, and display as one
recordset?  UNION and UNION ALL are you best friends.  If necessary, just do
some column aliasing so everything lines up nicely and you're golden.
