what is this code inserted by norton internet security ?
Perhaps this can be reversed by script without troubling users without
norton internet security ?

A little research has unearthed that Norton Internet Security is
responsible for inserting some code into HTML pages that disables popup
windows.  Does anyone know of a workaround to this problem (other than
posting a notice telling users that Norton may be disabling their
popups)?
