[thelist] css: print style won't print or preview

For the life of me I can't get FireFox or IE to print or print-preview a 
page with a correct print style-sheet and link. Can someone take a look and 
tell me if I'm missing anything? I'm stuck for ideas.

Note: The print layout should appear almost identical to the "Print 
Friendly" layout as seen on the theme switcher.
