I have a client who receives emails from his visitors to his website via a
webpage--the site is educational and the emails are questions. The page
presently just sends the client regular email and he then deals with the
questions therein one by one with his email client and that's it.

What he wants is a system to be able to organize the emails into categories
and assign to them keywords. He wants to be able to analyze the
correspondence periodically and determine the most popular questions and
categories. He can then build FAQs and also potentially cater the site
towards the interest of his readership.

Does anyone have any suggestions for an OTS solution? The client's office
and the web host run Windows.
