Tested on 2K. It adds a key [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet 
Explorer\View Source Editor]. There seems to be several registry hacks 
around that work. I've done it manually before and this key wasn't what I 
used then.
