(In order for it to work you have to go to "Tools | Internet Options | Advanced" and check the option that allows active content to run in files on your computer.) Once installed you'll see that "view document tree" is added to your right-click menu. You can also select a portion of an HTML page, and then right-click and choose "view partial source", which is pretty useful.
