[thelist] Fresh Page Load in IE & Mo Stop Working

Hello List,

I recently started noticing updates made to CSS were not rendering on 
IE6+ & Mo1.7+ on my W2K machine but were being updated on Op7+.

I was having several other issues on this W2K machine so I wipe my HD 
clean and did a fresh install hoping this would solve the problem.

Well the same problem is still here. I can only refresh (holding down 
SHIFT & clicking on reload/refresh) a page 5-10 times before it seems to 
stop on IE & Mo while continuing to refresh on Op. If I reboot my 
machine it will start refreshing again.

I have never had (or noticed) this problem in the past so I am wondering 
if there is anything on the server end which can be changed to cause 
this? Is there something I can ask my host to check?

Actually any insight would be much appreciated!
