I saw this excellent presentation by Gord Hotchkiss of Enquiro.com at
Search Engine Strategies in NYC in March. Here is the report on the same
presentation from the San Jose conference this summer.

Today I've read a recent newsletter from Adaptive Path, and they had a
link somewhere to a report like about the topic... I deleted the NL
after reading it, but you might find the report at adaptivepath.com
