Slightly different topic, but very interesting none the less:

Subject: [thelist] Search Usability studies

Howdy all -

I purchased an excellent report from Jakob Nielson's group about
usability of search on websites
(http://www.nngroup.com/reports/ecommerce/search.html) ... it's solid
gold, but I'm getting push-back from higher up because the material is
dated 2000.

Anyone know of more recent info on this subject?

Thanks
