Whether you have Exchange 2000 or Exchange 2003 will affect what types
of authentication options you have available.

As mentioned before: the "correct" solution for automatically logging
users into OWA is to place the site name into the user's local
'Intranet' security zone (eg via script or Group Policy Object). The
mechanism is there, it's been mentioned a couple of times now.
