Any chance you're going to post that list somewhere? This could
be the beginning of a very useful community resource.

I have spent the last year building up my list of banned urls in my
firewall config. To this end, I have been able to remove most of the
annoying JS-based systems that hijack the content of a page.

FWIW, this has been great. I just block anything from
itxt.vibrantmedia.com and the page works perfectly. Because I was able
to get my firewall to send back an empty page rather than denying
access, the browser simply gets an empty JS script that it ignores.
This avoid the problems that sometimes happens when you block access to
a certain part of a apge and the page than fails because of that
image/object.

Hopefully this inspires others to avoid this practise and claim back
their browsing experience.

/me steps down of soapbox
