Your ad doesn't seem to have a logical progression from key message to small
print.

I'd have put "...traffic magnet" message at the top, then your name then
your tel and instead of using up the space in the bottom left with that
graphic device, put your address on just 2 lines - use the width of the ad
and save vertical space.

The ad doesn't have a focus (a magnet that attracts your eye first). If
anything, the tel is the most prominent. But the tel's irrelevant if you
haven't grabbed someone's attention.
