Ok, having sent stuff for a year as a semi-pro shipper of items sold on 
eBay, I recommend FedEx ground (home or business deliver).  You'll save you 
(and your customers) a ton of money for items over 5 pounds.  That said, 
their track record of deliveries isn't perfect (but then UPS can't find our 
own house over 50% of the time and it's just not that hard) so keep all of 
your freight receipts.
