[thelist] Paypal IPN integration help request

I am sending them and expecting them back.   I would get them from
paypal, but I sometimes deal with unverified accounts and don't think
that information is available.  Is it?

If it is, how do you tell paypal to give you that information?  Can
you share your secret?  :)
