[thelist] Copyright breach - advice please

Thanks Mark.

After translating a few pages it is clear they are providing the 
application hosted which means users will not easily be able to 
download the code. This is against the GPL. I also noticed that they 
are providing a reseller program! I am not very happy.

Any ideas on what to do with http://www.markettalker.com/ and the other 
guy http://www.weslley.com/ who has not changed the copyright notices 
back to mine yet.
