hmm, I think maybe you are putting too much stock into the words "site
management" maybe. All that is, is making sure you've got fresh
content for your readers and the links work and the images show up.

Sounds like you've got a bunch of content ready to go, take the advice
from rose and spend a few $ and time, and go get yourself a web site
host for your domain name now. Basic hosting is not expensive (insert
blatant plug here) and well worth it in terms of learning curve by
starting out with the "real thing".
