[thelist] Run cmd

Hello thelist,


  I have a telephoney system, and on a local PC use can use the keyboard
  START --> Run  voispeed:0161999999   to dial a number

  I want to do it with .Net  (apsx page)

  On the web server server I can put  'voispeed:0161999999' into the request
  object.

  How do I get the client Browser to run the cmd?
