Rob Smith brought up a good, important topic, but now
others are attempting to improve a little on his
methodology for linked verbiage, composing hypertext
link within editorial text.

Now Stephen Rider expands upon it, and he reminds me
of this vital aspect:

If it's a PDF file, for heaven's sake please specify.

[I hate PDF files that freeze up my computer when I
try to Decline the download.]

When the editorial and other types of hypertext linked
verbiage points to a file, specify the type (rtf, doc,
PDF, exe, etc.)

Stephen also mentioned the SE spidering factor, which
I agree with and guess I forgot to mention.

Can we now speak of How To Compose Forum Topic Titles?
