I do a lot of design work for notes programmers - we just noticed a
problem & I'm wondering if anyone has a fix for it

I want the doctype that notes produces to include the url to keep the
browsers out of quirks mode (i design using css) - I was told that's not
possible - is there anyplace in the notes app to alter the doctype it
creates when converting from the database to html?
