Hello,

Could anyone answer a quick question for me about theri interviewing
process experiences?

I recently interviewed for a position with a company. The process was:

   1. Phone interview
   2. Javascript exercise
   3. Personal interview

After the personal interview, which was a technical interview, I
received an email that requesting:

"We have recently created another exercise to give us a better idea
of our candidates' proficiency level.

Due to the fast growth of Company A we would like to create a more
professional- and corporate-looking website. Please redesign the home
page and one additional page of our current public website
(http://www.companya.com) in what you think would give us a more
professional and corporate look. These two pages should be
functional HTML pages with whatever CSS and JavaScript is needed for the
pages. Please feel free to use the existing text, screen shots, and
company logo that I have attached to assist you in creating these pages.
You may use whatever color palette and fonts you prefer."

Is this an odd request that I should be concnerned about?

Thanks for any input that can be offered!

-dm
