Hi

I would go down the G5 route. I know it is not pc but learning curves 
are not big. Most folks I know can pick up a Mac and be using it within 
a day. And when I say using it I mean, video editing the lot.

G5 processor runs 64bit application and OS X is configured to run 64bit 
applications unlike XP. Dreamweaver is available as a Mac application. 
For editing I would but Final Cut Pro. You'll be looking at a price tag 
depending on which G5 of around £2000-£3000.
