Shaun, once you get below those high-level methodologies you're
talking about details that can't be standardized across programming
tasks *and* staffing/budgetary needs. You can't get a "generic
architecture document" applicable to the general programming issues
that's much more low-level than the basic software lifecycle model,
FLiP, or XP.You will have to figure out how to implement those on your
own, because only you know your company's resources, capabilities, and
existing business practices.

The only other option is to hire a consultant to analyze your
processes for you in terms of the methodology you want to use.
