[thelist] CSS for Browse Button Alone

There is no direct css way to change the "browse..." button. I have
seen a tweak that does it by using relative positioning, changing
opacity etc. I think it was at quirksmode.org, but I'm not sure. I am
not sure how cross-browser it is either.

imho, it's not worth the effort.
