[thelist] labels are part of the tab-order in Mac IE

I'm working on this form:
http://tinyurl.com/9zvlh
And I've been told that, in Mac IE, if you are tabbing between the
fields, you also have to tab over the labels - i.e. to tab from the
first name field to the last name field, you have to tab once to the
label and again to the field.

1) Can someone with Mac IE confirm this for me?

2) If it is confirmed, what happens if you just tab to the label and
start typing - does it enter the text into the field anyway?

3) If the answer to #2 is no (it doesn't just enter the text into the
field) - does anyone know any way to avoid this? I guess putting a
tabindex on the labels won't (shouldn't) work, and I don't want to screw
up the accessibility of the form by putting tabindexes on the form fields.

Any advice appreciated.

Happy Friday!
