[thelist] Dynamic Drop-Down lists using PHP and mySQL

I want to create a drop-down list, which is poplulated from a mySQL 
database, and give the user to choose from the list, when entering their

details on the form, kind of like a registration form, and as soon as
they 
click on submit, to move on to the second page, where all thier details,
as 
selected in the previous form are shown, and have a button that says
finish 
and this will be displayed on another page.... does anyone know how this

could be done or have tutorial they can send me, it's urgent!!!!

There are several tutorials for this, just Google for PHP MySQL
tutorials.
