[thelist] site check -- plus site map page doesn't render properly in opera 8

can i get a site check please?  all looks well on w2k in ff 1.0.4, 
netscape 8, mozilla 1.78, ie6 and all but the site map page in opera 8.

could i get a mac check of the site also, especially ie5.2?

i have consolidated many css files into one file.  i think i have all 
the kinks worked out but the one on the site map page in opera 8.

this site has been and still is a work in progress.  next step is to 
pass the bobby, but i have much writing to do first.
