[thelist] Support checklist - ideas?

Hey all,
 
I was wondering, do any of you have a "support checklist" of sorts when
you get a client who comes to you with vague error reports like:
 
"I get an error on like 468: missing ;"
 
Obviously there'll be some tailoring involved, but a blanket
questionnaire might help me deal more appropriately with these support
calls.
 
Any help would be appreciated!
