Hi all ..

A friend of mine has reported that in Safari, the CSS is not always
displaying.  The CSS is displaying about 1/2 the time.  I had him check
another site for me, that uses the same link tag to call the CSS, and that
site is fine.  However, mine is not.  :(

Anyone else having the same problem?  Any suggestions to fix it?

I suppose I could add FOUC ..but, isn't that just for IE?
