Ouch, this is not good.  I'm not seeing any problems here .. same set-up as
you, but perhaps I'm not cleaning my cache completely.

Anyone else?   Any suggestions on fixing it?  Do I maybe need to change the
order in which files are called? Here is the relevant code in the head tag.
