Well, if I have to send a tip, I will, but I'm sick of waiting for
evolt.org to come back on-line. If I have to send a tip, I will, but
damn it, I don't care anymore.

I've had this opening for several weeks, and I've had some candidates
interview - nobody has gotten the job yet, so I'm starting the search anew.

client (vp or avp, and they are very stingy with those titles.) It's in
mid-town Manhattan. The client will not relocate a candidate.

site operation and enhance site capability through the support of new
products

- Liaison in conjunction with business analysis team with senior
business customers to scope out design and work effort for new features

- Staff development and management of an eight person development team

- Day-to-day operational management, third level web site support, root
cause analysis and remediation planning to reduce future risks

- Technical oversight for architecture, development and security
aspects of the site

They are seeking someone with a minimum of five years experience
managing the development of a customer facing, account access web site
within the Private Client, Retail Banking or Investment management industry.

Five to ten years experience as a hands on application development team
lead. Five years relational database design and development skills,
preferably gained managing a large-scale, complex, batch driven application.

Completion of at least two full project lifecycles with the Microsoft
.NET framework or J2EE framework - they are a .net environment

Expert understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and design and either
Microsoft application design and development technologies C#, ASP.NET,
ADO.NET, or J2EE and affiliated tools, and MSSQL Server, XML, JavaScript
and CSS.

Proven experience in a relationship building/management role with high
level business customers. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills (verbal and written).

Salary range into the mid 100s, plus bonus, depending on experience.
