[thelist] Enabling FrontPage Server Extensions via web form

I would like to give my users the ability to enable FrontPage server 
extensions on their folders on the server via a web for, and then 
assigns the appropriate access to the folder. I'm using ColdFusion to 
develop the site. If there are custom tags that will do that, I'd 
appreciate your direction. Any tips and tricks would be welcome as well.
