I agree completely. Why all of the silly games? Is the goal to find

Sende who can get the job done blind folded? There are really only three 
things to think about:
1. Does s/he have the technical ability to do the job?
2. Does s/he have the drive to do an excellent job?
3. Do I like them enough to spend all day with them?

BTW, can I buy a vowel?
